I am looking for pictures, documents and information on Freiwilligen-Legion Niederlande on its deployment in 1942.
They were at that time subordinated to 20th Infantry Division at the Wolchow pocket.
Who were the commanders of the battalions?
I need as much pics, docs and info for my work on the division history of the 20th ID. I intend to use it in book 2 (1942) of the division history (for a preview of book 1 which is almost finised check out my website: http://www.20pzgrendiv.eu/English.htm
I hope someone can help me out
Cheers
Roger

Re: Freiwilligen-Legion Niederlande
Hi Roger,
I have a 1942 propaganda book, Schlacht am Wolchow, which is a mixture of narrative and lots of images
http://www.abebooks.co.uk/servlet/Searc ... am+wolchow
The photographic reproduction isn't great and it mainly looks like Landsers/SS (there's a section at the back in the text on 'Spanish comrades', but not Dutch ones). The good news is that it's Copyright free.
