Help with SS officer

I am researching an officer who worked in the Hauptabteilung III in Stabsfuhrung der Hauptamt Personlicher Stab der Reichsfuhrer SS during the summer of 1943.

His name and rank; SS Hauptsturmfuhrer Gisselmann

This is all I have, does anyone has any other information on him?

Here is a bit more born 11.8.1904 Party Nr 5584806 SS Nr 139956 SS Sbf and SS Sbf der Reserve 21.6.1944 Awarded the War Service Cross with Swords 2nd Class.
