unit arrivals

At various point sin the HeeresGroup D records we have arrival notices for various railed units. I wanted to make sure I am translating entry #6 correctly.

"Lw.Fest.Btle., 15 von 20 btlnen. ausgeladen"

Which should be translated as:

"15 of 20 Lw.Festung battalions have been unloaded." ?
