Hello,
I am looking for any German veterans, or citizens that were in Ulm or Neu Ulm in the last weeks of the war. I would especially like to find someone who was a nurse or doctor in the hospital in Ulm. My uncle was an American soldier with the 44th Division and died of wounds in a civilian hospital in Ulm, April 28, 1945. Records show he was wounded on the 25th and died on the 28th.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. incidentally, I have been in contact with the City Archives in both cities and unfortunately, they have no records of him.
Thank you,
Baker324
