After an Allied bombardment of miltary target, did the Germans make reports with damages, victims and so on? If yes, can I find them in any archives?

I am sure official reports were made after each air raid, and should be available somewhere.
I can add that the USAF did surveys of bomb damage to the U-boat production centers after the war, and extracts are available in book form from militarypress.co.uk
Rossler's "The U-Boat" inculdes an interesting chapter on damage to the u-boat yards, including a graph showing that bomb damage repairs took the fourth largest percent of man hours.
