Collar Tabs on Overcoats / Greatcoats?

Hi

I have a question of whether the heer greatcoats / overcoats had collar tabs on them or not. By collar tabs I mean the dual parallel bars, like the ones on the collar of the tunic.

I've seen pictures where they don't have them, and some pictures where they do (though I can't find one now). Did officers have them and enlisted men not?

I have never seen collar tabs on a Heer Overcoat. The Luftwaffe did from 1935-42.
