Wehrmacht/Waffen-SS repro uniforms
Does anyone know good adresses where I could buy such repro-uniforms? Or does anyone even have one and is willing to quote it to me? If yes - PM, plz.

try http://www.sportsmansguide.com and use the keyword WW2, they have for sale type M36 and M40 tunics, and over coats, and 2 types of pants if i recall, I bought the M40 tunic and the price was very good, and the quality is great, but you will have to add your own insignia and patches

I've heard the 'bad' things about those Sportsman Guide uniforms, but decided to get one anyway for a 'street wearing' jacket (stripped) because they were so cheap.
Well, when I got the thing I was staggered--I pulled some nice original M-36 tunics from my collection and layed them side by side. Those reproductions are GOOD! They can be told from the real thing (if you know originals well), but I would say they are about the best reproduction on the market today--and amazingly, about the cheapest too!
(If anyone is interested in a detailed account of the rather minute differences, I would be glad to discuss them if anyone wants. I examined and compared mine very closely with several absolutely original tunics.)

Thanks, Siegfried! I have been looking at the more expensive repos at Lost Battalions and At The Front and just can't bring myself to spend that kind of green for repo, no matter how good it is. I have everything else to go on the tunic, I just don't have a tunic. Your input is greatly appreciated.
