88 mm Flak gun lost

Postby enzus » Sat Dec 17, 2011 2:32 pm

On IWM i found a pic of an 88mm gun captured by 2nd New Zealand Division close to Alamein (Alam Nayil)
The NZ engineers blowed up the barrel. This pic was taken probabily from 2 july to 17 july during the 1st battle of El Alamein.
I have 2 questions:
- Which are the german units with 88mm gun during those 2 weeks?
- Which is the unit that loss this gun?

Thanks
Enzus
