Uniform ID

Could anyone ID this Uniform, first I was thinking about a Unteroffizier der Artillerie because of the added tab on the shoulder strap. The grey tint of the added tab looks like the same grey tint of the (inner circle) Kokarde. But looking closely I can't see a branch color piping and he would be a Unteroffizier der Infanterie ??

Looking at the soutache on his feldmutze, I would agree that he is an infantryman. It is impossible to tell with any certainty the colour of the regimental identification loop.
