RAD and swastika armbands in combat(late war)?

Post by battalionsfuhrer tiburzy »

Want to know if it were common to find RAD soldiers wearing their swastika armbands on their uniforms in combat(late war)? I've got a color plate of a RAD soldier wearing a solid ochre color zeltbahn(late war) so i can't see if he has a armband. thanks!

I've got a pic of two RAD-soldiers in combat position near Rzhev (july-september 1942). They are NOT wearing any swastika armbands.

Did you check for RAD Troops of the Battalion K122 (Upper Silesia)? Thoze guys have seen some combat.

Good Luck,

Alex
