Hello!

I have attached a link to a with an image of what I believes is an Infantry Assault Award. Could someone translate?

An ideas on who signed this document?

Feldwebel was part 2/176th Pioneer Battalion which was part of the 76th ID which was detroyed at Stalingrad

Its possession document for a Wounded Badge in Black for one wound taken on 2nd sep 1941.
