Interesting Charles, but I need confirmation. If there was any entry on the Führerkarte to GARTHE I guess that John Moore would have seen it and given the information on his Führer-CD. GUTOWSKI was found by luck by John when scanning through the Wiking Ruf magazines in the 1950s.
I will do the same with GARTHE and search through various german archives in search of any clue about him.
