Roger, how can we see that it is Dietrichs grave? Perhaps you saw more clare pictures before. Where is this grave?

That appears to me to be Erwin Rommel's resting place. I visted it a few years back and it was amazingly well taken care of and often visited. It's in the small village of Herrlingen, his hometown, in the south of Germany.

Definitely General Feld Marshall Erwin Rommel.I went there last year,had my photo taken,went back to Ulm.While waiting for the train,I started taking to some old guys who were also at his grave,and I found out they fought in france[around the time of battle of the bulge],and knew Wittman personally!! Awesome day.Regards TimWells
