Hi Perry,

XXXIX. PK was under command of 3rd Panzerarmee in army group north, fighting in operation "Doppelkopf". XXXXVI. OK was at the Magnuzew bridgehead under command of 9th army, army group center.

11th SS tank army is an inofficial name, not used by the OKH. i have checked the two picture books of 2nd and 9th PD - no "K" or "G" on the vehicles.

But there are pictures from the June41 (9th PD) - with the "K".
