Do anybody have information on this guy?
I now he was commander of 2 Divisions between 1939 and 1942, but that is all I now.

Gen Maj Feb 1, 1941
Gen Lt Jan 1, 1943

led 428.Inf Div and Division 190, after that a Fortress and Battle Group commander.
