I have a M40 helmet painted in desert tan. On the liner is written Uffz. Lentz 31413 or it could possibly be 37473 due to the way those numbers are written. I'm guessing this could be a feldpost number??? Or possibly just fiction. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Could be a feldpost number b...

Look's like the U-752 emblem to me !

By the way, U-752 was the first U-boat hit by an UP (Unrotated Projectile) by a Swordfish of 819 Sqn. (HMS Archer)
