Standortkommandantur 282

Does anyone know where in Army Group Center on the Eastern Front that the Standortkommandantur 282 was based? The individual, GL Fritz Koreuber, who held this post from 01.12.1943-14.05.1944, previously served as the Standortkommandantur Witebsk from 66.02.1943-30.11.1943. Was Standortkommandantur 282 also based at Witebsk and simply give a numeric designation?
