Highest number of tank kills in one day

SS Hauptscharfuhrer Karl Korner-39 Tank Kills in one engagement. Is this the best individual score? Were there any others who acheived similar feats in a single engagement or day?

There is Sturmann Christen who was awarded the Knights Cross in the Totenkopf Division. In Lushno Russia he was the gunner of a 50mm AT gun. Everyone in his battery was wiped out except for him. From Sept 24-27 (3 days) he stood at his post and beat off repeated Russian attacks. At night, he would sneaked out and retrieve ammod from other positions. When the Totenkopf finally counterattacked, they found Christen still at his post alive with 13 tanks and a 100 dead Russian in front of him.
That is not a big kill in one day, but to stay at a post with an 50mm At gun, knocked out tanks and infantry and survive. That gets a vote of from me as amazing.

I've read about him, was the first private soldier in the waffen ss to win the knights cross I think.
