My DJH collection

The DJH (Deutsches Jugendherbergwerk/German Youth Hostels Work) played a large part in the activities of the Hitler Jugend. As with other German organisations, they too had a large donation drive history, and the DJH distributed a wide array of donation badges etc. Here are mine, and as with my other donation badge collections, they are accompanied by the appropriate Tieste classification number. The ones for this thread are from the DJH/DRK etc publication.

First up is the collection called Germanische Runen (Germanic runes). This was a set of six different badges, and each one was produced in both glass and plastic. They were distributed on the 8./9. Juni 1940. They are differentiated in their Tieste numbers by the glass versions being the .1 and the plastic being .2. Here are my glass versions first, starting with Blut-Boden (T021.1)
