Meiner lieben
Lyta als flüchtiges
Andenken
von Ihrem
Max!
Warschau, 27.3.45
To my loved
Lyta (female name, i think of polish origin) as a small
memory
Dear
Max!
Warsaw, 27.3.45
The stamp is no postal stamp, but one from a photo shop. It says Foto j. Krupicka, Pskov.
Pskov is not poland but russia, north west of russia near the estonian border. Until september 1944 it was occupied by the germans and after the war there was a pow-camp run by the soviet army.

Hi Fridgeman :) Thanks for your help The info is a great help
Re: Handwriting Translation Request
Miss Tieden suggested "flüchtiges" could also be "ständiges". I agree with that, but its really
hard to make out which of the both words it is, and both would make sense. But it changes nothing in the meaning
of the message itself, just wanted to let you know.

Re: Handwriting Translation Request
It's not Warschau but Wischau, which is Vyskov (not Pskov in Russia as suggested) in Czech republic today, and this is what is written on the postmark.
