I never read something about Hitler and black jews.

Which "black" jews are you referring to?In North Africa there are Sephardic Jews.In Ethiopia there are some black Jews,a distinct minority.

I have a book,Among The Righteous,which concerns sephardi in Algeria,Tunisia and Libya.Nothing about Ethiopia.Don't believe the Jews were a concern to the Italians when they occupied,their numbers were very small,iirc.

That I'm not sure about; this was a VERY small ethnic population not generally known about outside Ethiopia until the 1990s
