I have this badge in my collection which I know very little of.
It is a pin-back two-part construction with like a large silver crown resting on the round (red-coloured) badge with the words "Ehrenzeichen der Schwesternschaft der Reichshauptstadt". The reverse is stamped "C2068" and a markermark LN LAUER.
The only place I have seen this badge regerred to is in:-
Heering - Husken Katalog der Abzeichen deutscher Organisationen 1871-1945 (page 89 5624a).

Is it possiable to get a pic posted? What did you want to know about it? The inscription on it is pretty self explainitory. Honor badge of the Nurses Association of the Capital(Berlin). Sounds like a nice badge!
