Hello
This is my first post, it's a poor introduction, I wish to ask a question.
I'm interested in how the Normandy region was administered by the Germans at the start of the occupation. In particular I would like to know how the heirachy of command was organised in for example a town such as Coutances, or Granville both south of Cherbourg.
Many thanks in advance if anyone is able to help me.
I appreciate the language of the site is English, but I can just about deal with French if it's easier to give detail.
Pete
