German Reich era ROTC?
Hi I'm in Army ROTC and was wondering if during WW2 did Germany have it's own version of ROTC?
The German version of ROTC was the Hitler Youth for young kids and the Workers Party that required young people serve in public works before entering the military. It was kind of like the Civil Conservation Corps. The Workers Party groups were the ones that built the Autobahn transportion system that allowed for the transportation of masses of men and material from the east to the western side of the Reich during the war.
