Hello Annelie!
The only doctors awarded the German Cross in Gold in the 5. SS-Panzer-Division "Wiking" that I found (admittedly after a very quick search) was:
SS-Hauptsturmführer Dr. von Kulesca recieved the DKiG on 18.12.1944 as a Regimental Medical officer in the I./SS-Pz.GR 9 "Westland".
SS-Sturmbannführer Dr. Fecke recieved the DKiG on 30.12.1944 while in I./SS-San.Abt. 5.
SS-Sturmbannführer Dr. Thon recieved the DKiG on 30.12.1944 while commanding SS-San.Abt. 5.
And finally a recipient of the German Cross in Silver...
SS-Hauptsturmführer Dr. Hubert Schopper recieved the DKiS on 10.02,1945 as a Doctor in I./SS-Pz.AR 5.
Source has been (a quick check in) Peter Strasser's "European Volunteers - 5. SS-Panzer-Division "WIking" (1988).

Thankyou!
I am presently reading Panzer Grenadiere der Panserdvision "Wiking"
im Bild
page 311 there is mention of this doctor and how he gave no thought
to his protection only of assisting and how the men thought so
highly of him.
They were delighted to learn that he was awarded the German Cross
in Gold.
I was interested to know who and more about this doctor

Hello again Annelie!
To be a medical Doctor attached to a frontline combat unit must really be one of the most demanding and dangerous assignments. Here's a quote from Mark C. Yerger's excellent "German Cross in Silver - Holders of the SS and the Police" (2002) when it comes to SS-Hauptsturmführer Dr. Hubert Schopper of the "Wiking" Division:
"He often attended to wounded under fire in the combat area and was awarded with the General Assault Badge for his actions in emergency situations. Recommended for the German Cross in Silver on November 18, 1944, the proposal was enthusiastically seconded by Diamonds winner and corps commander Herbert Gille. During the heavy fighting within the Cherkassy encirclement, Schopper ignored the most intense artillery and tank fire to attend to, then transport, the last five wounded during an attack. He also saved all the medical materials in the area."

Hello Michael!
Yes, quite a few medical Doctors did receive the Knight’s Cross... This list was originally compiled based on Gerhard von Seemen’s “Ritterkreuzträger” (1976). Please feel free to add or comment!

Dr. Werner Wischhusen received the RK on 26.05.1940 as an Oberfeldarzt, Div.Arzt 22 I.D. u. Kdr. San.Abt. 22.
And last but in no way least…
Manfred Jordan received the RK on11.01.1944 as a San.Uffz., Zugfhr. 4./Pz.G.R. 66.
Willi Pieper received the RK on 08.04.1943 as a San.Uffz., Stabskp.(Pi.Zug)/G.R. 478.
There are no medical doctor RKT from the Kriegsmarine as far as I know but more interestingly is that there are neither any from the Waffen-SS...

Ah, just found a new RKT Doktor...
Dr. Friedrich Salamon recieved the RK on 20.07.1944 as a Stabsarzt, Abt. II./Pz.G.R. 26.
He's seen on this photograph standing (on the right) with
Gustav Koller, RK on 08.08.1944 as an Obergefreiter, Gruppenfhr. i.d. 1./Pz.G.R. 21. Both Regiments belonged to the 24. Panzer-Division.
Gustav Koller and Dr. Friedrich Salamon

Michael, about Dr. Carl Langemeyer's shoulder patches... His final rank was that of Oberstabsarzt and this rank was equivalent to that of Major, hence his Luftwaffe Major ranking collar patches. As I now see that Herr Awender already answered...

Thanks Christoph, for sharing your complete list of RKT in die Sanitätsdienste! I suppose that the NCO's were roughly the equivalent to modern day Paramedics...
Doing one of the most important of jobs in both war and peace!
With best regards,
