Is the Eisernkern magnetic? Is it made up of three parts? Just a few thoughts...

No he is not magnetic and er are no markings .\

The WAF is a commercial website where one has to pay to be a Full Member. That's OK but here is a

I'd have to say no...and also it looks like it could have been manufactured by Cyrus Lee at Soldat FHQ.
