I,m reading my fathers immigration records and i,d appreciate if somebody could translate this.Bis 1947 Vehrmacht in an schiehsene Gefangenschaft.

I guess the german text is "Bis 1947 Wehrmacht und anschließende Gefangenschaft". Translated this means:
Untill 1947 Wehrmacht and following POW"

I think the same, but it should be 194

Wy not 1947? It say's 'anschließende Gefangenschaft' (after the wehrmacht POW)
