gold leaf embossing services wanted

I am looking to restore and preserve a number of WWI & WWII items.
One of the insignia I would like to obtain is a nazi gold eagle.
I would like to use this on a protective leather bound cover to protect the original contents.

The contents include:

1. personal war pass (from my grandfather)
2. Personal photo & reconassance book from WWI (from my grandfather)

As this may be a delicate issue in some countries I would welcome your suggestions.
