Information for Book needed!!

I am about to write a book about my grandfather and his time in war in year 1944/45 and his capitity in years 1945/46/47/48/49!!

I need info about his unit and maybe his commander or something like that, the only thing I know is his unit:

11 SS Flak Regiment

Maybe you can help me??
Or give me tipps where I can search!?
