Hello,

The following abbreviations are:

* Panzer IV lang (iststärke) = Panzer IV long-barreled (effective)

* Bes.Wg. = I think that would be Bef.Wg instead, which means Befehlswagen or command vehicle

* SPW = Schutzenpanzerwagen or armoured personel carriers

* 3.7cm auf SPW = 3.7cm PAK-cannon mounted on a light armoured personel carrier, such as the SdKfz 250/10 or a 3.7cm PAK-cannon mounted on a middle-weight armoured personel carrier, such as the SdKfz 251/10

* 2cm Fl.38 = 2cm Flak 38 Anti-Aircraft Cannon

* 2cm Geb.Fl.38 = 2cm Gebirgsflak (Mountain Flak) 38, it was mounted on a lightened fold-up carriage and used be mountain troops and paratroopers. The gun and carriage are also designed to allow the weapon to be broken into several parts for easier transport.

* l.F.H. 18M = leichte Feldhaubitze 18M = 10.5cm light field howitzer 18

* l.F.H. 18 auf selbstfahrlafette = self-propelled gun carriage mounting a 10.5cm howitzer, such as the Wespe

* s.F.H. 18 = schwere Feldhaubitze 18 or heavy field howitzer with a 150mm caliber

* s. 10cm K18 = schwere 10.5cm Kanone 18 or heavy 10.5cm cannon 18. It was developed as a long range artillery piece. It soon came out that the shell was too light for the weight of the gun and by 1941 they were being replaced by other weapons. They were then most being used for coastal defence.
