What we do in Life echoes in Eternity.

no pudieron andar otro camino,
no supieron morir de otra manera.

You could hit any of the file-sharing programs. Most have part or the whole on some member´s computer. Thats where I got the last 6 minutes of the speech.

What boggles the mind about this speech is, that the audience actually surprises Göbbels with their fanaticism. He bragged to Speer afterwards about how the listeners reacted to every nuance of his speach, but its quite clear at one point that he´s just speechless over the fanaticism they show. If you get it, look for the time the audience begins shouting "Führer, command, we follow".

Henrik

PS. Id love for someone to once make a movie about this speech, to truly show how people can be whipped up into a frenzy once in large groups.

Hi Henrik,

I think Mussolini's last public speech to a mass audience in northern Italy in late 1944 or early 1945 also received a rapturous reception in even more unlikely circumstances.

Cheers,

Sid.
