Hitler's Jihadis by Jonathan Trigg. Not many story or new infos about Muslim units in the Waffen-SS. The bulk of the book content is about 'Handschar' Division, and the majority of its content seem came from Lepre's excellent "Himmler's Bosnian Division".
Marc Rikmenspoel' Waffen-SS Encyclopedia Good introduction about Waffen-SS. I give it 4.5 stars for this book. Unfortunately, while he explain about Waffen-SS foreign volunteers state by state, he probably forgot to put French SS men. But, I read the Military Book Club edition.
Rupert Butler's Hitler's Jackal. Good introduction about Hitler's allies and collaborators in Europe.

Martin Rüther's history of Cologne during WW2:
http://www.amazon.de/K%C3%B6ln-Zweiten- ... 351&sr=1-2
Outstanding - one of the very best biographies of a city I've come across. The first half of the book is an account, year by year, of all aspects of life in the city, the second half is first-hand accounts, diaries, Feldpost and the like.
Absolute bargain at the price.
