I saw this at a Barnes & Noble today, but I didn't look too closely. Apparently, from what I read in the introduction, it was published in German in 1994, after being prepared by several Bundeswehr officers, under the direction of Ludewig. I would expect it to be a very well-done study. I'll have a closer look next time I see a copy.
