It is very much alive. It is a huge project that will take perhaps a further year (the editing process alone has been really painstaking) or so to hit the shelves. It won't be cheap but it will be huge! More details I cannot post right now.

The estimated publication is second half of 2013. This is the latest info from the people behind the book. Please do realize that this will be a huge book, 1000 + pages in medium format (not sure but the preliminary data indicates 8" x 10" format), large maps, professionally edited etc. plus a limited print run due to massive size of the project.

Is the book about the entire battle of Kursk, or only about Prokorowka?

Its been some time since I saw the contents listing, but I recall that it does concentrate on Prohorovka. But the detail and analysis will be unbeatable, and the source material used will be much wider than used by previous authors.

More detailed than Demolishing the Myth, or Blood Steel and Myth?

Any idea if the book will be published prior to the 70th anniversary of the battle in July 2013?

The latest intel I got from the publisher last week was "late 2013". It will be worth the wait.

I'd rather keep it confidential until I get a clearance from the publisher to make further details public.
