I haven't, although I did use extracts from the original German edition in my Normandy book.

Personally, I'd probably buy this if you're looking for the definitive account of the defence of Omaha:

Severloh is one of the people interviewed in it, as well as numerous accounts from his comrades. It's one of the best, most detailed accounts I've read of Normandy; definitely worth buying.
