Panzer 38(t) veterans especially from 7th Panzer Division

Does anyone have any info or biographical details, memoirs etc. of veterans who served in 7th Panzer Division? I'm particularly interested in combat experiences involving Panzer 38(t), to gain knowledge of how this tank performed and how it was operated. I'm interested particularly in experiences on the Eastern front.

try reading up on Otto Carius, he drove one on the Western Front in 1940 and I believe he did as well in the begining of Barbarossa
