Anybody have a 1:100000 map of the Krefeld area?
On a more adventurous note, does anyone know where to obtain maps in that scale of France/Belgium/Holland/Germany? I'd prefer digital, but a decent line on paper versions would work. I tried googling it, but came up empty.

What date ? Lage West/Frankreich come in that scale, depending on the time. As for maps of the time period, M501 is a good map series.

The Lage maps are 1:100000?? Geez, that's huge!
The terrain shouldn't have changed too much across the war, so any contemporary version should suffice. Thanks for the tip on that film, though. Someone's checking on the Krefeld map for me, but I'll need more eventually.
MD, I needs to talk to you about something else, anyway.

Check out TARA: http://aerial.rcahms.gov.uk/worldwide/ they have a good data base of aerial maps taken during the second world war, and plenty of maps from germany. May be you'll find there something useful.
