Grille in 5. SS Wiking

did 5.ss wiking have any sdkfz 138/1 grille?

Yes, it did. But it took until late June 1944 until 6 of these vehicles were delivered. 4 went to 13./SS-Pz.Gren.Rgt. 9 and 2 to 13./SS-Pz.Gren.Rgt. 10.
There were no replacements after that but by 15.3.1945 5 were still in service!

Hi, Martin, I find that in late 1944, both PG regiment of 5. SS Wiking Panzer division had mixed Grille and 15 cm mot z kompanie, why they were not grouped into one pure SP or mot Z kompanie or special reason for this mixed arrangement.
