That sounds like the same kampfgruppe (a book I have has 18 as the number), I think ,,Schweitzer" later became part of Kampgruppe ,,Semmer" . The information I have is that the Hungarian section of the Kampfgruppe was made up of men from the first battalion of SS Brigade ,,Ney" and they surrendered in Austria.
