The new "Karstjäger" (Corbatti & Nava) by Editions Heimdal, is out since last week. The Italian version was illustrated by approximatively 300 photos. This new edition has been majored up to 954 photos and 72 various documents ! Captions are in Italian, English, German and French. The text, which describes in detail the anti-partisan warfare in "Karst" country, is really outstanding. This book is a must.

Utmost Savagery - The Three Days Of Tarawa by Joseph H Alexander is a good book.
