Looking for...

Post by sniper1shot »

OK all,
I don't have any of the pics I am looking for. I am just looking for these pics for my enjoyment and nothing else.....though I KNOW that many members here will be happy to see them too.

Looking for;

German Mortar crews in action or training shots.

Any and all pics will be appreciated.

Love them. Looks like an 60mm in the first photo, and an 81mm in the second photo.

Thanks.

They might have a different calibre but it is on par w/the 60mm. Look at the barrel size, and the small bi-pod. Used in Pl attacks or could be used in a fire base with all of them for a Company attack.

It's the "5cm liechte Granatwerfer 36", the Germans did not have a 6cm Mortar in thier T O & E's.
