second line A. Ersatz abteilung 1
(but i don't quite remember what stands for 'A', in any case i'll check it now)

It's of SS-Panzer-Aufklärungs-Ausbildungs- und Ersatz Abteilung 1

Formed the 25 May 1943 at Ellwangen / Jagst from SS-Kradschützen-Ersatz Bataillon - from 15 November 1943 at Riga - Strand (Seelager), from August 1944
at Wandern, from September 1944 at Sennelager bei Paderborn
