Haen

Post by Tom Houlihan »

Ladies and Gentlemen, I just wanted to pass something on. I got an e-mail this afternoon, with a photo.

Haen was in an automobile accident. Firefighters had to get him out of the car, but from the photo, it appears that this was only because the door was well and truly jammed. He was broadsided, but the bulk of the damage is from the front of the door forward to the tire.

Injuries were minor, nothing broken. Still, it would seem that he was more damaged in this incident than he ever was in combat! I'll refrain from making jokes about his driving

If he doesn't come back on here in a day or two, I'll post updates if I get them.

I wish him a speedy recovery.

He seems like a tough old nut to crack, I’m sure he will be back up and running soon.

All the best Haen,

I hope he is all ok. I wondered why he hadn't had a chance to reply to an email....now I know. Thanks Tom for the update and hope to see him back online soon.

Thinking of him in Oz!

I'm sure our 'Alte Kamerad' has been in much worse pickles than this, and is probably lying in bed just itching to get the idiot who hit him!

Hope you are fine Haen, and get well soon.

Haen,

I'm sorry to hear you have sustained some injuries. I had hoped you only took a minor bump, and would be back at it in no time. As I said before though, a man of your calibre can get through anything.

Chin up man.

HaEn, please take it easy and I hope you're back to your old self soon. I sent you a little Christmas card, at the time I did not know about your accident. I haven't visited the forums for over month.

Get well soon and Merry Christmas!
