Pavlov's house in Stalingrad

Post by Risto »

Hi all,

Most people have read and heard about the house in Stalingrad that Sergeant Pavlov and his men defended fore some 59 days.
BUT...here comes my question:

Where exactly IS (I think parts of it still stands) that building
situated?

I have heard that it is the building northeast of the Skulpturny Park along Skulpurnaya Street. But I'm not sure about this.

Can anybody please help me with this? Perhaps with an aerial photo or a map?

Best Regards,
Risto
