Here is an RK photo and I was wanting to know if anyone knew who it was. I received this today and I'm very pleased!

I found out from an other forum that this man is Albert Graf von der Goltz

Does anyone know any information about him?

Oakleaves holder Oberst der Reserve Albert Graf von der Goltz was born June 24, 1893 in Heinrichsfelde/Westpreußen. He received the Ritterkreuz on May 7, 1942 as a Kommandeur I./InfRgt 415. December 1 or 2 (seen both) he was promoted to Oberst and moved to GebJägRgt 144. He died in Lazarett in Odessa on March 16, 1944.

The abbreviation for Gebirgsjägerregiment is GebJgRgt, not GebJägRgt.
When the British fired, the Germans ducked.
When the Germans fired, the British ducked.
When the Americans fired everybody ducked....
