Kelvin, According to Bruce Quarrie's "Encyclopedia of the German Army in the 20th Century" in 1989 a Panzer Division had three Brigades, each of four battalions. These were two Panzer Battalions, one of Panzer Grenadiers and one of M109 155mm SP. The totals were 108 x Leopard, 56 x Marder and 18 x M109. There were six Panzer Divisions(and their Brigades) at this time, 1(1,2,3), 3(7,8,9), 5(13,14,15), 7(19,20,21), 10(28,29,30) and 12(34,35,36).
