German 1930s Painter Information

I am looking for any information on this painter - from Germany - painting from 1938/39. Back of painting says "Hermann Herforth, Kunsthandlung, Vergolderei, AltonaE Konigstr 142/144." Any information would help - Not sure of the first letter of the last name. Thanks
