Can't find some German documents in NARA Guides-help!

Dear members,

I'm trying to find two collections of documents using NARA guides (magnanimously uploaded) on "sturmpanzer.com" site. These are:

1.) Befehlshaber der deutschen Truppen in Kroatien;

2.) Fliegerführer Kroatien

Have looked through most likely folders (Occupied territories, Corps, LW), but just couldn't find them. Can somebody tell me where to look or under which signature they are stored?

I dont know if this is something close enough, but T78R412 has some pages on croatian units in German service.
