Lage West and Lage Frankreich

Where would one find the Lage West and Lage Frankreich maps for September 1944 ? Is this the same sort of thing Abicht has been doing, or is this a different series of maps ?

Yes same sort I have been working on (they exist for this period and area), but there will likely be black and white maps in some of the unit records at NARA.

Is this something you can get on DVD ? I havnt seen anything in the index for large maps.

If you mean the unit records, yes you can order them on DVD. I guess you would need to dig into the unit records for Corps level units to see if they mention maps. I have a ton of requests to scan in other maps, but seems like few folks actually order them (like the Normandy set!).
