Hello!
I ask your advice - whether I can write letters to the local unions of veterans of Wehrmacht (in small towns of Austria, Ortskameradschaftsbund) in English? Whether there Is a hope in this case to receive the answer (the answer is possible in German, it is better)? Or German in this case is essentially?
